Industry 4.0
Industry
Significant transformations are currently taking place in the industry thanks to artificial intelligence and process automation - keyword Industry 4.0. We support companies from various industries in these processes. This area is particularly interesting to us because we work with the integration of AI, machines, sensors, and modern technology stacks, allowing us to optimize processes in companies according to the latest state of the art. Our scope of work includes frontend and backend using various technology stacks such as TypeScript, Java Spring, and Python, and extends from manufacturing companies to e-commerce.

Integration of new SPAs* into existing systems
In most cases, we find a system landscape in companies that we work with: often our clients still use outdated frameworks or systems that are no longer being developed and therefore lack important new options. This results in valuable optimization potential being lost. Often, we analyze the legacy applications to transfer all important functions to our new, modern applications. In turn, we integrate these applications into the company's system. This enables companies, among other things, to hire well-trained new professionals who may be unfamiliar with the system itself but work with current technology stacks. This leads to faster and better development of the company. *Single Page Application
Data collection and automation in production
For companies where many production processes are automated, we create complex web and mobile applications that communicate with multiple microservices. These applications can interact with each other through interfaces and have connections to the existing SAP system to support material and inventory management. With the help of our tools, workflows in the company are visualized and machines are configured based on the upcoming tasks. Our device-independent applications can be used by personnel on production floors not only on desktop applications but also on iPads and smartphones. The collected data facilitates material tracking and enables traceability and containment in case batches of manufactured products need to be recalled. With the AI-powered tool One Data, anomalies and wear patterns identified in the collected data can be used to predict errors, allowing for proactive measures such as early maintenance.
B2B e-commerce
In B2B shops, we primarily work on automating internal processes, such as the allocation of individually displayed assortments: In the B2B sector, different customers receive different offers (premium customers, for example, have a larger selection than basic customers). In the logistics area, we work with numerous third-party providers, which allows us to track shipments. Our backends are built using technologies like NestJS, while Angular or React are used in the frontend. For infrastructure, we utilize Azure's cloud service and pipelines, and we use App Insights for analysis. Authentication is often integrated with systems like Salesforce or SAP. Additionally, we develop various apps for different markets to establish integrations for distributors, thereby strengthening customer trust in local representatives.
