Recruiting is an exciting field for us for several reasons: On the one hand, we are constantly looking for suitable professionals ourselves, and on the other hand, many of our customers from various industries are always facing this challenge. The recruitment process nowadays starts off relatively uniformly, which is always an indication that automation could be possible. A program can easily perform the skills matching, but with AI, we take it a step further and automate the contact process as well. This streamlines the time-consuming process immensely.

Automating the Tedious Tasks
The recruiting process always starts the same way: you search for someone whose professional profile fits and reach out to them. This usually happens through LinkedIn, Xing, or similar platforms. In active candidate search, unlike in pure networking, these messages already contain information about the specific job offer. They explain why the profile (based on technology stacks, industry experience, etc.) would be a good fit for the job. Headhunters extract this information from job descriptions and profiles and use it to craft their messages. We have automated this process with our SaaS solution recruit-with.ai, including the generation of these messages. The AI receives all the important information from us: What kind of company are we, what position do we want to fill? What requirements should the new employees meet? Various customers now also use our solution for employee recruitment, such as recruiting agencies.
User Interface and API Access
Our customers can purchase a subscription and use our user interface to generate their messages. Alternatively, they can opt for an enterprise access with API access. The API access can be used by larger recruiting platforms that combine additional features. One of our customers consolidates profiles from various platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, Stackoverflow, etc.) and enables recruiters to identify a large pool of candidates with extensive datasets across all these platforms. With the help of our interface and the existing data (i.e., job description and candidate profile), a message is automatically generated when the profile is accessed. The headhunter can further personalize the message: they can generate a message for LinkedIn (default) or an email with longer texts and select other minor fine-tuning settings.
