Insurance
Insurance companies rely on software solutions that enable two things: Firstly, it is important that customers can enter data and information about themselves directly on the website. Secondly, the websites contain a lot of content that needs to be easily maintained. Both can be achieved with the right combination of dynamic apps and a good Content Management System (CMS). We specialize in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS and utilize its technological capabilities to build dynamic solutions in large organizations and across different development and business teams.

Secure Data Entry in Dynamic Apps
Insurance companies offer a classic digitalization product: tasks that used to be done in agencies can now be performed by interested parties on their computers. Because insurance companies work a lot with sales funnels, they require multi-step forms that customers can fill out. Data security is crucial in this process. While entering the data, real-time calculations are performed in the background, allowing the user to see the impact of their configurations on the price immediately. The individually tailored contract is generated and issued right after the input. Large insurance companies usually have their own business and development teams responsible for funnel development. We work closely with them to design and implement customized solutions.
Seamless Integration of Apps into CMS
The described insurance funnels are single-page applications. Insurance companies offer a variety of different insurances, such as car insurance, life insurance, or dental insurance, which are usually managed by multiple teams. We integrate the micro-apps developed by different development teams using modern technology stacks like React, Angular, or VueJS into the companies' CMS. By integrating modern technologies into CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager, we enable our customers to use and operate modern and fast development processes along with all the features that the CMS has to offer. The integration requires regular communication and coordination between the teams, with us acting as the main point of contact.
Multi Tenancy: One System Environment for All
Since the tasks faced by the brands and independent agencies of a shared insurance company are similar in content, the Multi Tenancy option of Adobe Experience Manager is suitable here: Numerous different insurance providers of a parent company are served with just one software instance. They all have their own access, configuration details, and ways of presenting data. When developing the website in the CMS and the separately developed micro-apps, as well as the system configuration, we also ensure multi-language and multi-brand functionalities, which we realize through cross-application brand libraries. Using the CMS and our solutions and integrations, it is possible to duplicate websites or adopt larger parts of them using the inheritance concept. This is important, for example, for franchisees who want to adopt 80 percent of the company's content for their subdomain. They combine this content for their own website with their own content and/or landing pages and customize the offering as needed.
