Atmosphere

Our idea of a good corporate culture is to give our employees flexibility, autonomy, and freedom. Our employees have the freedom to work from home or in our office. We do not impose fixed office hours, but we believe that maintaining a certain office presence is important: it facilitates personal interaction and the development of a pleasant and close collegial relationship that promotes quick problem-solving. However, if desired, employees can also work from abroad for a while - technology allows for it, and the satisfaction and performance of our employees show us that it works.

We work in an exceptionally dynamic world where technologies are evolving rapidly. Accordingly, we place great importance on the personal development of our colleagues. To achieve this, we utilize regular 1-on-1s and conduct quarterly reviews every three months. During these discussions, feedback is collected collaboratively, the work of the past three months is reviewed, and the next development goals are set: What technical achievements does the individual aim for? What soft skills do they want to improve? What developments are happening within the company or with the client? Based on these questions and a goal catalog, the development path can be planned, and our employees know where the journey is heading.

Teamevents and Knowledge Transfer Sessions

With frequent remote work, teams must find ways to come together differently. Each team has its brief dailies where the status quo is discussed briefly. Additionally, those who have the desire and time meet up every three to four weeks after work for activities like sports, pub quizzes, or other outings. Larger events where all teams are present happen once per season, with the summer party and Christmas celebration being the biggest events. Our Knowledge Transfer Sessions are also always exciting: they stem from the elaboration of quarterly goals and happen almost every week. Someone always gives a brief presentation - about the current project, a new technology, an interesting framework, or updates for well-known technologies. This way, we all stay up to date and share our expertise. Employees always know who to ask about specific topics.
