The retail sector is particularly interesting for our company because we need to develop solutions that enable many automated work steps. At the same time, data protection plays an important role here. We develop backend and frontend for webshops that enable attractive product presentation, using NestJS, React, Angular, or VueJS, and integrate shop systems such as Stripe or enterprise providers like SAP. In a project, we manage communication and coordination with payment providers and ensure secure processing. Since different industries have different requirements for their e-commerce tools, we offer individually tailored solutions or support your teams in the further development of your systems.

Online Shops with Different Permissions
Many companies provide different customers with different access rights and discounts. In order to show them the right offers, our solutions automatically check the requests, authenticate the users, and filter the data: Does the customer belong to a specific company? Have they made purchases in the past? Should they not receive certain information due to business interests? Users are automatically presented with what is intended for them. This is only possible through database automation. In the backend, we often work with the integration of various third-party providers, establish interfaces to Salesforce or SAP. Thanks to Azure's app insights, we can track the actions of individual customers and identify areas where optimizations are possible.
API Gateways for Communication with Product Providers
When customers purchase a digital product from a company, they receive only a code to download it; no physical object is delivered by mail. In such cases, API gateways are a suitable solution: The companies themselves do not provide the codes, but rather service providers with whom they collaborate. We offer an API interface in the form of a gateway that registers incoming orders and communicates them to the service providers. This includes not only orders but also cancellations, reservations, and check-ups of the current transaction status. In response, the order systems of the webshop and the point of sale receive the code or activation content, which is then forwarded to the customer. These can be prepaid and gift cards for Xbox, codes for computer games, Microsoft Office licenses, or similar products. Since codes can be purchased online at any time of day or night, it is important that the system runs stable and reliable around the clock.
