We turn that around: before anything gets built, we look at how your work actually runs and tell you what is worth doing and what isn't. What comes out of it is as large as necessary and as small as possible. Sometimes it is a process that runs by itself from tomorrow, sometimes a system that takes the load off an entire department. A single training day for everyone reaches neither of them. So we assess where people stand and put the programme together afterwards. We support your experienced people until they are the go-to contact in house. Those who have had little to do with the technology start with a concrete task from their own working day. Coaching, workshops and the AI office hour can be booked individually or combined. In the AI office hour your people book a slot in the calendar themselves, 45 minutes, for the smaller questions that otherwise sit around for weeks. They leave with a concrete way forward and usually with the finished result as well.
